Try it before you pay

Without paying anything you can:

• use the full editor, timeline, fonts and styling;
• animate your own text with the free effects, presets and templates;
• export GIFs and PNGs (with a small watermark), so you can see the exact quality.

If something is unclear, ask us before you buy, not after. We reply to every question.

All sales are final

Pro unlocks immediately and all of it can be used, and exported, from the moment you pay. For that reason we do not give refunds for:

• change of mind, or deciding you no longer need it;
• not using Pro during a month you paid for;
• forgetting to cancel before a renewal;
• buying by mistake, or buying and exporting and then asking for the money back;
• features that were not in the plugin when you bought it (please check the free plan and this site first).

Cancel any time

Cancel from your Gumroad library (or email us and we will do it for you). You will not be charged again, and Pro stays on until the end of the month you have already paid for. Cancelling does not refund that month.

When we will put it right

These cases are narrow, but we will always honour them:

• You were charged twice for the same month: we refund the duplicate.
• You were charged after you had cancelled: we refund that renewal.
• Your key never worked and we cannot fix it within 7 days of you telling us.
• A Pro feature is genuinely broken in the current Figma desktop app or browser and we cannot fix it or offer a workaround within 14 days. In this case we refund the current month.

Email sales01@profigma.com from the email address you bought with, within 30 days of the charge.

Before you decide something is broken

• Pro not unlocking? Paste the key again without spaces, and check you are online. The key is on your Gumroad receipt and in your Gumroad library.
• Figma Motion export gives static layers? Your Figma version does not have Motion yet; the plugin falls back to editable layers. GIF and video exports still work.
• A font looks different? Pick it again from the font menu; fonts that cannot be drawn are marked.

Abuse

Buying Pro, exporting work, and then asking for a refund or starting a chargeback is not allowed. If that happens, the licence is disabled, and we will provide Gumroad or your bank with the licence activation and usage records.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy takes away rights you have under the consumer law of your own country, and we do not try to exclude them. In some places (including the EU and UK), buyers of digital content can cancel within 14 days unless they agreed to immediate delivery and accepted that doing so ends that right. By activating Pro, you ask us to start the service immediately. Where such a right still applies to you, it takes precedence over this policy.

Payments are handled by Gumroad

Gumroad is the merchant of record for every purchase. Its terms apply to the payment alongside ours, and Gumroad may issue a refund under its own policies. Card issuers can also reverse charges. We say this so the position is clear.
