Landing Page Animator privacy policy

The short version. Landing Page Animator runs inside Figma on your computer. Your images, text and exports are never uploaded to us. The plugin only talks to the internet to load Google Fonts, to check a Pro licence key with Gumroad, and to send feedback if you choose to.
Who we are
Landing Page Animator is made by ProFigma, a sole proprietorship based in Udupi, Karnataka, India ("we", "us"). This policy covers the Landing Page Animator Figma plugin and these web pages. You can reach us at sales01@profigma.com.
What stays on your computer
- Your designs. Images, text and animations are processed inside the plugin, on your device. Exports (GIF, video, PNG, embed code, Figma layers) are created locally and saved where you choose, or placed in your Figma file.
- Your pictures are used only to draw the animation. They are not uploaded anywhere.
- Your licence key and the date it was last checked, whether you finished the guided tour, and whether you have seen the first-export tip, are kept in Figma's plugin storage on your computer (or in your browser's storage if you use the web version).

That is the full list for the plugin. It has no analytics, no tracking pixels and no advertising, and we do not sell or share personal data.
Payments
Pro is sold through Gumroad, which is the merchant of record. Gumroad collects your name, email and payment details under its own privacy policy. We receive the details Gumroad shares with sellers (such as your email and purchase record) so we can support your licence. We never see your full card details.
Feedback and email
Feedback is emailed to us and kept in our inbox so we can reply and track fixes. We also briefly keep a hashed record of the sending IP address on our server to stop spam (a limit of a few messages an hour). Your email address is used only to reply to you.
These web pages
These pages are part of meshshot.com and share its website analytics: a cookie-free visit counter on our own server, plus Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel only if you press Accept on the cookie bar. Details, cookie names and how to change your choice are in the meshshot.com privacy policy. None of this is in the plugin itself.
How long we keep things
- Feedback emails: until the issue is resolved, then up to two years for reference, or less if you ask.
- Free-export records (email, Figma user ID, time, hashed IP): for as long as the plugin is offered, because their purpose is to stop the free export being claimed twice. Ask us to delete yours at any time; deleting it means the free export could be claimed again.
- Purchase records: as long as the law requires for tax and accounting.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will answer within 30 days. Depending on where you live (for example under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, the EU/UK GDPR or US state laws) you may have further rights, and you can complain to your local data protection authority.
Children
Landing Page Animator is a professional design tool and is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top. Significant changes will also be noted in the plugin.
