Landing Page Animator terms & conditions

1. Agreement

These terms are between you and ProFigma, a sole proprietorship based in Udupi, Karnataka, India ("we", "us"). By installing or using the Landing Page Animator Figma plugin ("the plugin") you agree to these terms, our privacy policy and our refund policy. Your use of Figma itself is governed by Figma's own terms.

2. Free and Pro plans

• Free is free forever and has limits (a starter set of templates and effects, and GIF/PNG exports with a small watermark). It exists so you can judge the plugin before paying.
• Pro unlocks everything, currently for US$9 per month (other billing periods may be offered), billed through Gumroad, plus any tax.
• One free Pro export per person: you can claim one export with everything Pro unlocks by confirming a real email address and using your Figma account. It is limited to one per Figma account and one per email address, may not be repeated with other accounts or addresses, and we may refuse or withdraw it where it is being misused. It is not a subscription and carries no obligation to pay.
• We may add, change or remove features over time. We will not take away a Pro feature in the middle of a period you have paid for without offering a fair remedy.

3. Subscription, renewal and cancelling

• Pro renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time from your Gumroad library, or email us and we will cancel it for you. Pro stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, and you will not be charged again.
• If we change the price, we will tell you in advance, and the new price only applies from your next renewal.
• If a payment fails or a subscription is refunded or charged back, Pro switches off.

4. All sales are final

Pro is a digital service delivered immediately, and there is a full free plan to try first. We do not give refunds for change of mind, for not using the plugin, or for forgetting to cancel. The narrow cases in which we do put things right, and your statutory rights, are set out in the refund policy.

5. Your licence

• A Pro licence key is for one person. You may use it on your own computers, but you may not share, resell, publish or lend it. Teams need one subscription per person using Pro.
• We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the plugin under these terms.
• You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, redistribute or resell the plugin or its code, bypass or tamper with the licence check or the watermark, or use it to build a competing product, except where the law allows this regardless of these terms.
• If a key is shared or abused, we may disable it. Where the abuse is clear, no refund is due.

6. What you make is yours

You own the animations, GIFs, videos, images, layers and embed code you create, and you may use them commercially, including for client work. The watermark on free exports must stay in place. You are responsible for the content you animate: you need the rights to any text, logos, pictures and fonts you use (including font licences for commercial use), and it must not be unlawful or infringe anyone else's rights.

The embed code includes our animation engine so the animation can play on your website. You may use it for that purpose only, not as a standalone library.

7. Our property

The plugin, its code, effects, templates, design and the Landing Page Animator and ProFigma names and logos belong to ProFigma. The built-in templates are for you to customise with your own words and pictures and use in your projects, including for clients. You may not resell or redistribute the templates themselves, or the plugin, as templates or as a competing product.

8. Feedback

If you send us ideas or suggestions, we may use them to improve the plugin without owing you anything. Thank you. We read every one.

9. Third-party services

The plugin relies on Figma (including the Figma Motion beta), Google Fonts and Gumroad. We are not responsible for their availability or changes. Figma Motion is a beta feature; if Figma changes or withdraws it, that export may stop working while the other exports keep working.

10. Disclaimer

We work hard to make the plugin reliable, but it is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we do not promise that it will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that it will suit every purpose. Keep your own copies of important work.

11. Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, lost data or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for fraud.

12. Ending use

You can stop using the plugin at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you seriously break these terms (for example, sharing keys or tampering with the licence check). Sections 6, 7, 10, 11 and 13 continue after that.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts at Udupi, Karnataka, India. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of any mandatory law of the country you live in.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change matters, we will say so in the plugin or by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use the plugin after that means you accept it.
