Billing questions
I already have a Figma plugin licence. Do I need to buy again?
No. It is the same Gumroad product, so your key also activates MeshShot on the web. Open the app, click Sign in in the top bar, and paste your key under Licence.
Is MeshShot Pro a subscription?
Yes. Pro is billed monthly, every 3 months or every 2 years, depending on the plan you pick. Longer plans cost less per month.
How do I cancel?
Cancel anytime from your Gumroad library. Pro stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and the free tier keeps working after that.
Where do I find my licence key?
In the receipt email from Gumroad, or in your Gumroad library under the product. It looks like XXXXXXXX-XXXXXXXX-XXXXXXXX-XXXXXXXX.
Can I use the output commercially?
Yes. Anything you render is yours, including for client and commercial work. See the terms & conditions.
Can I try it before paying?
Yes. The free tier uses the same renderer as Pro, so test it with your own model first. See the refund policy for billing problems.
