MeshShot refund policy

The short version. All payments are final, and you can cancel your subscription at any time. MeshShot has a full free tier that uses exactly the same renderer as the paid one, so you can test it properly with your own model before you spend anything.
Try everything before you buy
This policy only works because you are not asked to buy blind. Without paying anything you can:
- import your own
.glb,.objor.fbxmodel; - light it, frame it and build the full animation on the timeline;
- export a full-resolution PNG still and a PNG image sequence;
- see the exact quality the paid exports will produce, because it is the same renderer.
If MeshShot handles your model well in the free tier, the paid exports will too. If it does not, you will know before you pay. Please do test it first, and if anything is unclear, ask us before purchasing rather than after.
All payments are final
A subscription unlocks digital features immediately for the period you have paid for. Once it has been delivered it cannot be returned, so we do not offer refunds for change of mind, for subscribing by mistake, or for deciding the tool is not what you wanted after payment.
You can cancel at any time from your Gumroad library, and you will not be charged again. Cancelling does not refund the current period; Pro stays active until that period ends.
Where we will always put it right
Narrow and specific, but absolute:
- You were charged more than once for the same billing period, we refund the duplicates.
- You were charged for a renewal after you had cancelled, we refund that renewal.
- You never received a working key, or the key does not activate and we cannot fix it.
- A paid feature is genuinely broken on a supported browser and we cannot resolve it for you.
Email sales01@profigma.com from the address you purchased with and we will sort it out.
Before you decide something is broken
Most reports turn out to be a setting rather than a fault, and they have quick answers:
- Video rendering black? Your background is set to Transparent, no video format carries an alpha channel.
- A resolution refusing to render? Your browser's H.264 limits, not ours, the app tells you before you start, and WebM usually goes higher.
- Licence not activating? Check for a stray space when pasting the key.
Troubleshooting covers these and more. We would much rather fix your problem than take your money for something that is not working.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy removes rights you have under the consumer law of your own country, and we do not attempt to exclude them. In some jurisdictions, including the EU and UK, buyers of digital content have a statutory right to cancel within a set period, unless they have expressly agreed to immediate delivery and acknowledged that doing so ends that right. Where such a right applies to you, it takes precedence over this policy.
Payments are processed by Gumroad
Gumroad is the merchant of record for every purchase. Their terms apply to the transaction alongside ours, and Gumroad may issue a refund under its own policies independently of this page. Card issuers can also reverse a charge. We mention this so the position is clear rather than implied.
