Make a spinning logo animation
Drop your logo SVG into MeshShot, extrude it, apply the 360 turntable preset and export. The turntable ends where it starts, so the loop has no jump.

How to do it
- Export the logo from Figma as an
.svgwith filled shapes, not strokes. - Open the MeshShot web app and drop the SVG in. Each path is extruded in its own colour.
- Set depth and pick an extrusion style. Rounded or chamfer catches light better on an edge than flat does.
- Apply the 360 turntable preset so the first and last frame match.
- Export a GIF for transparency, or an MP4 for size and smoothness.
The thing that makes a spinning logo look cheap is usually the loop, not the spin. If the camera does not return to exactly where it began, the viewer sees a jump every few seconds, and once noticed it is all they see. A turntable preset solves this by construction: the camera orbits a fixed point and the last frame is the first frame. The second thing is edge treatment, because a dead-flat extrusion gives no highlight to travel along the side as it turns.
Good to know: Spin slowly. A logo rotating fast enough to be exciting on its own is usually too fast to read, and reading the logo is the entire point.
Questions
Will the loop be smooth?
Yes with the 360 preset, because the camera returns to its start.
Can the background be transparent?
Yes for GIF, PNG and WebP. Video formats carry no real transparency, so a matte is rendered alongside instead.
Can I do this inside Figma?
Yes, with the MeshShot plugin, which places the loop straight on your canvas.
